Keith Motes is an example of someone living the life of a yogi. With a daily practice for the last five years he is evolving his practice every single day to constantly push his boundaries and evolve. He believes yoga is a very powerful practice allowing us to let go of the burdens that do not serve us and take in new qualities by exercising spiritually to sharpen the body as well as train the mind. He will challenge you to go deeper all while personally tailoring to your own capabilities. Keith has recently finished a PhD in quantum physics and traveling the world doing research and giving talks in the field. He is quite familiar with the struggles of everyday life in the modern world. He is taking a break from the scientific life to dive deeper into his own yoga practice (as he is young, fit, healthy, passionate, and motivated), to teach yoga inspiring others and raising the net consciousness of the planet, and to pursue other dreams.
